Not good, maid service does not respect privacy signs that hang on the doorknob. 2 times during the stay, a maid came in our room at 7:30 am. Woke my kids up! Jacuzzi was not working. Bathrooms were not clean. No clean towels were left after maid service, but they took the dirty ones, so no towels at all, we had to go get very small towels from the pool. The hotel charged our credit card a $50.00 pet fee. We do not own a pet! Overall, a very bad experience! ...read more

They still have smoking rooms.

We traveled with multiple families. Every one of us ended up in smoking rooms, corner rooms or rooms next to the elevator / ice & soda machines.

the pool. the breakfast staff were awesome each morning

For the priceline deal we got this was an EXCELLENT hotel. The breakfast was great, the staff was great, the pool and jacuzzi very nice. The rooms were nice and had huge bathtubs.

I enjoyed the location, the price and the service.
Entrances into the hotel were confusing and required much walking to get to our room.

In an area as upscale as Simi Valley, the hotel looked and felt less than upscale, but he staff was especially helpful and considerate of a family. The complimentary breakfast was excellent for those of use who went down early. Later arrivals received less. ...read more
